The Hearing Loss Tech Expo 2018 was a great success.
The Hearing Loss Association of America, California State Association (HLAA-CA) hosted its third annual hearing loss tech expo on Sunday, September 23, 2018, 1-4 PM, in Foster City, California. Exhibitors demonstrated their latest products and services for people with hearing loss. Attendance was free and open to the public. HLAA members, people with hearing loss, their families, and their friends attended the expo. Complimentary reusable attendee sports bags stuffed with valuable information and prizes were given to attendees. Complimentary refreshments and cookies were served. Attendees enjoyed learning about hearing loss products and services while networking with other people with hearing loss, their families, and their friends. The expo was held at the William E. Walker Recreation Center, Lagoon Room, 650 Shell Blvd., Foster City, CA 94404.
More Than 190 Attendees
More than 190 people attended the expo (excluding exhibitors’ staff). More than 100 people preregistered online before the expo, and about 65 of these preregistered people attended. The rest attended without preregistration.
